LIFE COACHING 

Coaching Packages Sessions are individually curated specifically for you after I give you a complimentary session to see if we are a good fit.  During this complimentary session you will see exactly how the coaching experiences can get you unstuck and moving forward.  It is then that you decide to jump in to the transformation you are wanting and needing!

I will send you  Welcome Packet containing assessments to help me fine-tune the areas you will improve.  You will let me know the exact areas and goals that you have and we will begin with 3 to 15 of these areas!

During our time together I will utilize proven tools and coaching methods to get you unstuck and moving.  I will utilize a holistic approach to create powerful insights, release limitations and patterns and create new pathways. We can see incredible transformations already in the first few sessions.

You will receive practices & tools that you can directly implement in your life and experience deep shifts from the very beginning. There is a ripple effect in every relationships and category of your life. Coaching begins with a 60 minute No-Obligation Complimentary Session to see if we’re a good fit, and you decide if what is offered is something that meets your needs, is valuable, and something you’d like to continue, and if not, you’ve received some very valuable insights. I am fascinated deeply by this deep, introspective work and the people I get to meet and coach. • • • 


 A coaching month will be 3 weekly coaching sessions of 60 minutes each, with a 1 hour Reiki session scheduled the last week of each month.  Reiki is an optional part of your holistic program and you can meet with me either in person, or remotely.



                   TWO COACHING PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM

Your first coaching session is 90 minutes. All subsequent sessions in your package are 60 minutes. The complimentary session, if you choose to have one, is not counted towards one of your sessions so that you will receive 1 additional session!.        • • •

Book your complimentary session.  It will provide keen insights for you whether you choose to continue with a coaching package or not. We determine all the goals and things you wish to bring in to your life and you make headway in at least one of those areas on this very first complimentary call!

When you do decide to continue coaching, I will co-create with you during the first session following your complimentary session, your individual plan.  It will include pathways to achieve each of the goals.  We will determine what it is you need.  Many of my clients choose the Spiritual Life Coaching I can weave in to sessions; others love the short meditation and breathing work at the beginning of our sessions;  while others love to be informed about EFT (tapping), Success Principles, and the topic of Manifesting during our time together.  This is all brought up so that you are completely comfortable and EXCITED about moving forward on your individual plan! 

By the end of your 3 month or 6 month coaching package, it has been my experience, that you will have achieved big shifts in your life that would not have happened as quickly, or at all, otherwise! 

During your weekly session, you will choose your topic and the outcome you want by the end of that day’s session for yourself and I promise you will achieve it!

Reiki Sessions are included each month, (Distance or In-Person) and are part of the holistic approach.  We can discuss this thoroughly and if you are experienced with this gentle healing modality you know you are in for a treat.  If you are new to Reiki, just know this is an option for you and an addition to the work you are doing helping move you energetically towards your goals.  Additional Reiki sessions, should you choose, are at a greatly reduced rate during this time together.
