I have always loved helping others live to their fullest potential and I believe everyone has innate worth and potential! I help people see their worth and potential!
I was an Elementary School Counselor for 24 years and before that a Kindergarten teacher! After retiring in 2010, I was able to create a new career for myself and it was one that gave me peace and tranquility every day. My new career included becoming a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher as well as a Reiki Master (after having been a Reiki Practitioner for a couple of years). I began hosting Retreats in beautiful locations that offered Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and more!
I loved introducing the spiritual concepts that fit so easily into my life as a way for others to live more soulfully and successfully!
I added some more tools to my belt in the process:
I studied for 6 months with the Deepak Chopra Wellness Institute and became a certified Chopra Coach!
I studied for an additional certification and became a Spiritual Life Coach from the Life Purpose Institute of San Diego
I also have deep respect and gratitude for a mentor of mine, Mr. Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books and the Success Principles. I became a certified Success Principles Coach which took a year.
I love manifesting and dub myself the "Manifesting Queen" and was introduced to the work of Mike Dooley, who wrote Infinite Possibilities. I studied with him and became an Infinite Possibilities Trainer.
After retiring from my School Counselor Career I embraced my new career fully! I began to paint Mandalas and I began writing books!
My first book, "Daily Rituals - 30 Days to Peace, Empowerment & Clarity" did very well and has received an award from Raymond Aaron, NYTimes Best Selling Author.
My second book, "Dear Younger Self" became a #1 International Amazon Best Seller.
I love my life and what I've created and live with gratitude for all blessings. I've learned it is never too late and that we can have a life that is beyond our most amazing dreams! ABOUT INLAND EMPIRE REIKI
Since 2011 Inland Empire Reiki has introduced Reiki to hundreds and hundreds of people and trained many Reiki practitioners at Level 1, Level 2, Advanced and Reiki Master Level 3 and Reiki Master Instructor Level. In 2021, Inland Empire Reiki introduced the 3 month Reiki Master Apprenticeship program for Reiki Masters and has to far trained 24 Reiki Masters at the Apprenticeship Level. Throughout the last decade we are proud to have played a part in bringing the healing modality of Reiki to so many clients, practitioners and also to animals.

Release of Monarch Butterflies
Monarch's First Flight
Monarch Butterflies started making their appearance in my life after my father passed away many years ago. They would sometimes encircle me and even land on me. I'd heard that many people thought of them as a "spiritual sign" from those that had passed beyond. Perhaps it was merely coincidental, but I chose to think of Monarch Butterflies as a beautiful and profound sign to remind me that my father is still looking out after our family.
My logo has always been one of a Monarch Butterfly because of their specialness in my life and because of the stages they go through to complete their transformation from caterpillar to beautiful butterfly. There are a lot of lessons for us to trust the process, to let go of limiting beliefs, to go inward, take time to rest and reflect, and then to re-emerge into our full potential. When I take the newly birthed Monarchs out of their habitat for the first time after they've dried and spread and flapped their wings, it is a wonder to behold. They stay on my hand or finger for just a moment, then trusting the process, they take flight and often circle back to take one more lap of gratitude before lifting up as high or higher than the tree branches. Fly free!
