Live with more Soulful Success:

 Action - Align - Become

Through modalities of Coaching, Reiki and Retreats I help people unlock their biggest goals and live empowered, aligned lives with peace and balance.

I help you learn how to trust your own innate intuitive self and to start building more and more successes in your life.

I am a Reiki Master, Counselor and Coach.  My values are honesty, loyalty and kindness and I love creating an equal playing field for each of my clients.  Clients who feel the world has beaten them down, all of a sudden get on the equal playing field through the work that I do and then are able to take-off and soar.

With decades of experience in working well with adults and students, I find my passion in working with women of all ages to help empower you to live your best life.

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling and had a great career as an Elementary School Counselor.  After an early retirement, I continued offering spiritual Yoga and Reiki Retreats.

I am a certified Life and Spiritual Life coach, and am a Master Level Reiki Instructor and Practitioner; as well as an author and Mandala artist.
