Many years ago, I had the corner office, the secretary, the successful programs I oversaw at over 12 elementary sites. I was helping students, receiving successful grants, I'd even been selected as the California School Counselor of the Year. After that huge award I was mainstreamed into the District Office and left my elementary school site. I was doing good work and by any measure, I was successful AND YET . . . Something was bothering me. I wasn't as fulfilled as I wanted to feel and I KNEW IT WAS POSSIBLE . . . BUT what was missing?!
Clarifying that need with myself was a pivotal point and the Universe started delivering!
I had to make some difficult decisions about money, my "idea" of success, boundaries, and become really clear on what lit my fire!
