You'll be able to experience the healing power of Reiki, integrated throughout the coaching process.
While my coaching is not religious, it emphasizes developing your intuition and what I call a "spiritual backbone". This foundation of support and divine guidance will empower you to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.
My years of counseling provided non-secular approaches and I can now couple those approaches with Spiritual Life Coaching as well as simply Life Coaching, depending on the client. Reiki is offered but that is up to you. Meditation is offered but is also up to you and can take a more centering and grounding approach for those who would feel more comfortable with approaches that help you relax.

This investment not only covers your 12 coaching sessions during your choice of a 3 month or 6 month period and Reiki sessions during the program (should you opt to have the Reiki, it's your choice), but also the personalized attention and holistic approaches that will empower you to achieve lasting change and success in your life.
